The last time we spoke to Katie Johnson, she was on the San Diego Wave, but she soon returned to her hometown of Los Angeles with Angel City FC, where she scored three goals over two seasons with the club. More recently, she announced her retirement from soccer, and leaves behind an accomplished career that includes over 100 NWSL appearances and an NCAA national title with the USC Trojans.
She comes back to the Urban Pitch Podcast to talk about her time back in LA with ACFC, her decision to retire, and her new journey as a certified pilates instructor.
